Please note: Performance Advisors don’t have direct access to guest conversations, reservations, or claims - but they can review or escalate issues if you’re not getting the support you need from other teams.

Our Guest Experience team manages all guest-facing operations, including:
Messaging with guests before, during, and after stays
Damage claims, disputes, and emergencies
Cleaner coordination or access issues
Approving or declining reservations
