Our fee (10%) is charged on every booking, but only after guests check into your property. That way, we only make money when you do. Airbnb offers damage claim protection through AirCover, covering up to $3 million with receipts and timestamped photographic evidence. Filing claims is straightforward. Typically, 80% of bookings for properties of your size come through Airbnb, where you'll often get the best rates.
Non-Airbnb platforms offer damage claim protection through a $1,000 security deposit via a 7-day credit card hold for damage protection that starts on the day of check-in. Most claims are under $1,000 but if it’s more we can charge their credit card. This requires less documentation to process claims.

This is not a substitute for property insurance or any other coverage necessary to protect your property or its contents.
