Your Account Manager is available for scheduled video calls Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and handles your property portfolio, escalated concerns, pricing strategy, and performance reviews.

No. Triad operates on a single, flat 10-15% management fee. There are no tiers, upgrades, or hidden add-ons.

No. Owners typically work directly with their own cleaning and maintenance providers. We coordinate digitally but do not provide on-site services.
