Owner Support is available Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm EST at (561) 250-0742 for day-to-day requests, operational questions, and task execution.

Your Account Manager is available for scheduled video calls Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and handles your property portfolio, escalated concerns, pricing strategy, and performance reviews.

Are there any additional fees or service tiers?

No. Triad operates on a single, flat 10% management fee. There are no tiers, upgrades, or hidden add-ons.

Do you handle cleaning and on-site maintenance?

No. Owners typically work directly with their own cleaning and maintenance providers. We coordinate digitally but do not provide on-site services.
