Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Entry This single-story cabin requires 6 steps to enter. Creek Safety The creek is unfenced and close to the road. Adult supervision is recommended for children. Wildlife Local wildlife, including copperhead snakes, may be present during your stay. Please use caution when outside and remain aware of your surroundings. Security Cameras There are 2 exterior devices located at the front and back doors, monitoring the entrances. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
