Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Security Cameras This property has 3 exterior security cameras facing outward. One is above the garage facing the driveway, one is by the front door facing the entryway, and one is on the back of the house facing the pool. They record video and audio when motion is detected. Accessibility This is a single-story home with 1 step required to enter. Garage The garage is not available to guests at any time. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
