Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. On-Site Owner The homeowner lives on-site in the main house, shares access to the above-ground pool, and may be present during your stay. Homestead Setting This property is located on a working homestead, and small livestock are present on-site. Entry Stairs This single-story studio requires stairs to enter. Baby Gear A high chair and portable crib are available upon request. Please contact the Guest Contact before your stay to arrange. Exterior Security Cameras The property is equipped with 8 exterior security cameras that monitor outdoor areas. These cameras record video and audio when motion is detected. Cameras are positioned to monitor exterior areas only and do not capture any interior spaces. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
