Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. If you choose to violate this rule, you will be charged a $50/day/pet fee for everyday your pet is on the premises. No exceptions Access The home is accessed through the public parking garage. The unit is on the 6th floor with elevator access, but stairs are required inside to reach the kitchen and loft. Climate Control The property does not have air conditioning. Upon Arrival Please notify the Guest Contact right away if anything is not in order upon arrival so it can be addressed promptly. Heat There is a thermostat on the wall of each bedroom and in the kitchen. Push the screen twice to adjust the temperature. Please set the thermostats to 58 degrees upon departure. Hot Tub The hot tubs are located on the 2ndfloor and can be accessed with entry code 7391(Activate keypad by pressing “Yale” button, enter code, press “Yale” button again to open deadbolt. The hot tub is open until 10 pm. There are plastic cups in the condo for use at the hot tubs. No glass is allowed there. Ski Locker A ski locker labeled 609 is located near the elevator. The ski locker key is attached to the luggage tag with the main condo door key and should be hanging to the right of the front door. Please return the key to its designated location after use. A $100 replacement fee applies if the ski locker key is lost. Deck The deck is a great place to enjoy the views, sunsets, and passing storms. Please do not smoke on the deck, and keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighboring guests and residents. The sliding door lock is located behind the handle and flips up or down. Please make sure the door is fully closed before locking it. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
