Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy One small dog is permitted, provided the pet is disclosed in advance and the $150 pet fee is paid. Dogs must be leashed at all times while in public or shared spaces. Please bag and properly dispose of all dog waste immediately. Any violation of the pet policy may result in a $150 fine. Amenity Cards Guests may purchase amenity cards ($5/day per guest or $25/week per person). Sapphire Valley Amenities Guests have access to Sapphire Valley club amenities, including the clubhouse with fitness and recreation center, tennis club, 9-hole executive golf course, and the marina with kayaks. Please contact Felicia directly to request Sapphire Valley Resort amenity passes. Electric Vehicle Charging An electric vehicle charger is available for guest use. A $20 usage fee applies for access to the EV charger during your stay. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
