Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Furniture Please do not move the furniture. Damages Please report all damages. Maps & Navigation The location is accurate in Apple Maps, but the listing photo may not be updated. Google Maps may route you to the correct street, but the map pin may show the incorrect unit. Maximum Occupancy The property comfortably sleeps 9 guests in beds, with additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests on cots, for a maximum occupancy of 11 guests. If you would like to accommodate more than 11 guests, please contact us before booking for additional details. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
