Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Check-Out Instructions Please check out before 10:00 AM. Before you leave, remove all perishable items, take out the trash, load and start the dishwasher, strip linens from all used beds, and place used linens and towels in a pile. Turn off lights, electronics, and appliances, then close and lock all windows and doors. Additional fees may apply if the home is not returned in satisfactory condition. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
