Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Pet Policy Dogs are allowed with prior approval. All dogs must be disclosed before arrival, and the required pet fee must be paid. Dogs must remain leashed in public areas, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them. Furniture Please return furniture to its original location before check-out. Accessibility The home is single-story; however, 3 steps are required to enter the property. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
