Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Access This 2-level home requires 3 steps to enter through the front door. Step-free access via a ramp is available through the garage. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 1st floor. Backyard Safety The backyard and field are unfenced and back up to a river. Please supervise children at all times while on-site. On-Site Maintenance The homeowner may be on-site to perform routine maintenance. Restricted Areas The barn and basement are off-limits to guests. Fire Pit Please use the fire pit at your own risk. Security The property has external surveillance devices and a security system. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
