Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Guest Access The entire property is available with this booking, except for the second floor, which remains locked and unoccupied during the stay. Layout This stay includes the Main House, Garden Apartment, and Carriage House, offering multiple living spaces for guests to spread out while staying together. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
