Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pet are welcome with prior approval and must be disclosed before arrival. Only small dogs are permitted; larger dogs and other types of pets are not allowed. A $150 pet fee applies. Please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Pets must not be left unattended, and dogs must remain leashed in public areas. Access This single-story unit is accessed by a flight of exterior stairs. Security Camera An exterior security camera is located at the front door facing the front entrance. It records video and sound when activated by motion. EV Charging EV charging is not available at this property. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
