Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.Accessibility This is a single-story home. Entry requires stone stairs with 5 steps at the front door. Entry from the back deck requires an exterior staircase. Parking All vehicles must park directly in front of the garage. The driveway is shared, and blocking the driveway or the neighbor’s access is strictly prohibited. Departure Checklist Before departure, please remove all perishable items, take out the trash, load and start the dishwasher, strip linens from used beds, and place used linens and towels in a pile. Please turn off the gas grill (if used), turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances, and close and lock all windows and doors. Promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste. Additional fees may apply if the home is left in an unsatisfactory condition. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
