Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Smoking is allowed outdoors only and must take place at least 25 feet away from the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are welcome with prior approval and must be disclosed before arrival. A $125 pet fee per stay applies, with a maximum of 2 pets permitted. Please clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. Pets must not be left unattended, and dogs must remain leashed in public areas. On-Site Homeowner The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit with a separate entrance and may be present during your stay. Accessibility This single-story home requires 4 steps to enter. Safety & Security Do not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or security cameras. Exterior security cameras are in use for guest safety, and no cameras are located inside the home. Please report any damage or safety concerns immediately. Damage & Loss Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost keys may incur a $15 replacement fee. Appliances & Utilities Please use all appliances responsibly and turn off lights when not in use. Do not overload electrical circuits without permission. Respect for the Home Please do not rearrange or remove items from the property. Burning candles or incense inside the home is not permitted. Please notify us immediately if something breaks so we can address the issue quickly. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
