Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Dogs only. A maximum of three dogs are permitted with prior disclosure and payment of the applicable pet fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them. Please keep pets off the furniture and out of the beds to avoid additional cleaning charges. Parking Parking is permitted in the garage or on the street only. Driveway parking is not permitted. Vehicles blocking access to the property may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Landscaping The backyard landscaping is maintained on Thursdays. Please be aware that service personnel may be present in the backyard on Thursdays. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
