Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Entry Stairs This single-story apartment requires exterior steps and an interior staircase to enter. Trash Monday evening trash removal is required. On-Site Unit Another bookable vacation rental is located on-site. Other travelers may be present in a separate unit during your stay. Security Cameras This property has 4 exterior security cameras facing the outdoor entry, backyard, and each side of the building. The cameras do not face interior spaces and record video and sound when motion activated. Pets Pets are welcome with a maximum of 3 pets. A pet fee applies and must be paid in full before the trip. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
