Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy & Fees A maximum of one pet is permitted, with a weight limit of 20 lbs. A $325 pet fee applies. Pets must be crated if left unattended inside the home and must remain on a leash at all times while outside on the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
