Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.Stairs This is a 2-story home with exterior steps to enter. All bedrooms are located upstairs and require using interior stairs. Garage The garage is not available to guests at any time. Shower The walk-in shower in the full bathroom is compact in size. Additional Nearby Accommodation An additional property is available next door with a separate nightly rate. Please inquire prior to booking if you would like to reserve both homes. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
