Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Contact Instructions Please contact your Guest Contact with any questions or concerns before or during your stay. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please notify your Guest Contact as soon as possible so we can work to address them promptly. Please also report any damages that occur during your stay to your Guest Contact as soon as possible. Accessibility This multi-level home offers step-free entry to the main house. The apartment is a 2nd-floor unit and requires stairs. Shared On-Site Setup There may be other travelers present if only one unit is booked. When booking all units, you will have both spaces; lake access, the dock, and provided watercraft remain shared amenities. Watercraft Restrictions The boat and jet ski are not available for guest use. Septic System This home uses a septic system. Internet Instructions Instructions for connecting to the property’s wireless internet network can be found in the Welcome Book inside the home upon arrival.

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
