Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pet are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Stairs The home is a two-story property. There are 3 exterior steps to enter the home. On-site workshop A working shop is located at the back of the property, and the homeowner may be present periodically. The homeowner may drive through the yard to access the shop. Exterior Security Cameras There are three exterior security cameras on the property: two at the front of the house providing coverage of the entryway, driveway, and street view, and one at the rear of the house. All cameras face outward and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected. Seafood cleaning and storage Please clean and process fish, clams, and crab at dock cleaning stations. Do not cook crab inside the home. Avoid spilling seafood juices in the refrigerator or freezer, as extra cleaning fees may apply. Trash If your stay includes Sunday evening, please take the trash to the roadside. Departure help (optional) If possible, please run towels through the washer and dirty dishes through the dishwasher, and make sure heaters, TVs, and lights are turned off and the door is locked. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
