Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Contact Instructions Please contact your Guest Contact with any questions or concerns before or during your stay. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please notify your Guest Contact as soon as possible so we can work to address them promptly. Please also report any damages that occur during your stay to your Guest Contact as soon as possible. Accessibility This multi-level home offers step-free entry. One bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms are located on the main floor. Septic System This home uses a septic system. Shared On-Site Setup There is another bookable vacation rental on-site in an attached second-floor unit. Lake access, the dock, and the provided watercraft are shared, and other travelers may be present during your stay. Watercraft Restrictions The boat and jet ski are not available for guest use. Internet Instructions Instructions for connecting to the property’s wireless internet network can be found in the Welcome Book inside the home upon arrival. Lake Hartwell Water Levels & Dock Access Lake Hartwell is a reservoir where water levels naturally fluctuate throughout the year. While our property always offers beautiful lake views, dock access, shoreline depths, and the ability to tie up a boat at the dock vary by season. If you plan on bringing, launching, or tying up a boat during your stay, please reach out to us prior to arrival so we can confirm current water levels at the dock and direct you to the nearest deep-water public boat ramps and tie-ups nearby! Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
