Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pets Allowed Pets are permitted with prior approval and must be included in the reservation. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets at all times, cleaning up all pet waste, and preventing pets from causing excessive noise, damage, or disturbances. Pets should not be left unattended unless safely crated and are not permitted on furniture or beds. For the safety of all guests and neighboring pets, all pets must be kept on a leash whenever they are outside the property. Any additional cleaning, damage, or odor remediation resulting from your pet may incur extra charges.
