Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Accessibility This is a 2-story home with 2 exterior steps to enter the main house. There is 1 bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor. The guest suite requires 1 exterior step plus an interior staircase. On-Site Presence The homeowner may occasionally be on-site. Check-In Requirements Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
