Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Small dogs are permitted on the premises only when disclosed in advance and the applicable pet fee has been paid. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all public spaces, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Stairs This unit is located on the 2nd floor and requires a flight of interior stairs to access. Shared Property The studio sits on 7 acres of shared land with shared creek access. On-Site Presence There is another bookable vacation rental on-site, and other travelers may be present during your stay. The homeowner may occasionally be on-site during your stay. Additional Accommodations An additional property is available on-site with a separate nightly rate. If you would like to reserve both rentals, please inquire prior to booking. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
