Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Stairs This unit is located on the 2nd floor and requires a flight of interior stairs to access. Shared Property The studio sits on 7 acres of shared land with shared creek access. On-Site Presence There is another bookable vacation rental on-site, and other travelers may be present during your stay. The homeowner may occasionally be on-site during your stay. Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
