Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Shared Amenities There is another bookable vacation rental on-site, and other travelers may be present. The creek, ponds, and driveway are shared. Security Camera An exterior security camera is located on the side of the home facing the driveway. It records video and sound when motion-activated. Entry Steps This single-story home has 3 steps to enter. Septic System The home operates on a septic system. Water Features Adult supervision of young children is recommended outdoors due to the creek, ponds, and waterfall. Train Noise An occasional train passes by; it does not blow the horn. Wildlife Wildlife such as deer, foxes, coyotes, and raccoons may be seen on-site. Local Support The owners live nearby and may be available to assist before or during your stay. Additional On-Site Rental An additional 2-bedroom property for 5 guests is available on-site with a separate nightly rate. Inquire in advance if you would like to reserve both.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
