Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Accessibility This 2-story townhome has 1 step to enter. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. Security Camera There is 1 exterior doorbell security camera facing the front entry. It does not look into any interior spaces and records video and sound when motion is detected. HOA/City Rules Street parking is not permitted at any time. Golf carts are also prohibited on the property and within the community.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
