Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Security Cameras The home has 3 exterior security cameras facing outward: a doorbell camera at the front entrance, one camera facing the front yard, and one camera facing the backyard and sauna. They are motion-activated and record video. Accessibility This is a single-story home with step-free entry. There is 1 step to access the enclosed sunroom. No Marijuana Marijuana is not allowed on the premises.
