Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Accessibility This single-story home has steps required for entry. Cell Service Cell service may be limited due to the rural location. Security Cameras There are 3 exterior security cameras that face outward: one at the front entry, one in the backyard facing the crawl space or well, and one on the side exterior facing the driveway. Cameras record video and audio when motion-activated.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
