Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Accessibility Single-story home with a small step to enter. Security Cameras There are 4 exterior security cameras facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces and record video and sound when motion-activated. Garage The garage is not available for guest use or parking. Canal Access The canal is gated and not available for guest use. Grill The grill is available for guest use. Please clean it after each use. Failure to do so may result in a $40 cleaning fee. Thermostat You are welcome to adjust the thermostat during your stay. To help protect the HVAC system, please do not set the temperature below 75°F. Before checking out, return the thermostat to COOL at 78°F. Dishwasher Please run the dishwasher before checking out. Dishwasher pods are located under the kitchen sink. WiFi Router The WiFi router is located in the guest bedroom. If the internet stops working, unplug the router for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Smart TV The Smart TV provides access to streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Please remember to sign out of your personal accounts before checking out. Bedrooms Please do not bring food or drinks, other than water, into the bedrooms. Plumbing Only toilet paper should be flushed. Please dispose of wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, and other items in the trash. Guest-caused plumbing issues that require maintenance may result in additional charges. First Aid First aid kits are located under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room. Trash & Recycling Please place the brown bin (household trash only) and the green bin with the blue lid (recyclables only) at the curb on Tuesday evening for Wednesday pickup.
