Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Accessibility Single-story home with a small step to enter. Security Cameras There are 4 exterior security cameras facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces and record video and sound when motion-activated. Garage The garage is not available for guest use or parking. Canal Access The canal is gated and not available for guest use.
