Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Entry Access Two steps are required to enter the home. Stairs This is a 2-story home. There is a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, and additional interior stairs are required to access the other bedrooms and bathrooms. Security Cameras There are 6 exterior security cameras. They face outward and do not look into interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion. Occupancy Note The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests in the three primary beds. Upon request, the home can accommodate up to 8 guests for an additional $50 per night. The additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa and a full-size air mattress. These optional accommodations are available only upon request and are not included in the home's standard occupancy. Boat Dock Guests are welcome to use the boat tie-up area along the boardwalk, beginning just outside the covered dock and extending to the area in front of the yellow chairs. The cove is very calm, providing a safe location to moor your boat. However, the electric boat lift inside the covered dock is for the owner's private use only and is not available for guest use. Boat Trailer Parking Boat trailers must be parked in the designated trailer parking area at the end of the main access road, Cody Terrace, where signage is provided. Guests will need to back their trailer into this parking area. For safety reasons, boats and trailers are not permitted to drive down the hill onto the property, as there is no space to turn around. Fireplace The fireplace is not available for guest use and remains locked at all times for safety reasons. Please do not attempt to use or access the fireplace during your stay.
