Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Garage The garage is not available for guest use. Exterior Cameras The home has 3 exterior security cameras and 1 Ring doorbell camera facing outward. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The Ring doorbell records when motion is detected or when the button is pressed. The backyard camera records while guests are in residence. The garage and bay window cameras do not record video or sound while guests are in residence. Accessibility Step-free access is available, and there is a bathroom on the first floor.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
