Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.Permit WORD Permit: L1862. Entry There is 1 step to enter the home. Pets A pet fee applies when paid before the trip. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Security Cameras The property has 5 exterior security cameras facing outward: one at the side of the home facing the driveway/street, one at the side facing the garage, one at the back facing the backyard, one on the back door facing the exterior entry, and one on the front door facing the exterior entry. Cameras do not look into interior spaces. Cameras do not actively record video or sound while guests are in residence. ID Requirement Photo ID may be required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
