Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment for all guests. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed — Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Property Layout This downstairs apartment-style guest suite is attached to a larger home and features a separate private entrance and dedicated parking area for guests. Onsite Residents A permanent tenant lives in the upstairs portion of the home. There is also an additional short-term rental unit located onsite. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
