Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are welcome, provided they are disclosed before your arrival and the applicable pet fee has been paid. Please do not leave dogs unattended during your stay. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine. Accessibility This single-story home requires 14 steps to enter. On-Site Occupancy A long-term renter and another bookable vacation rental are on-site in a separate unit, so you may encounter others during your stay. Security Camera An exterior doorbell camera faces the front entry and continuously records video and sound; it does not look into interior spaces. Local Compliance This home requires a sex offender background check per the City of Sedona ordinance, and additional information may be required to confirm eligibility. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card.
