Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed — Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Background Check Requirement This property is subject to City of Sedona Ordinance Chapter 5.25.100, which requires a sex offender background check. Additional information may be required to confirm eligibility to book. On-Site Neighbors A long-term renter and another vacation rental are on-site in separate units, so you may encounter other guests during your stay. Security Cameras This property has 2 exterior security cameras facing outdoor entry/parking areas only. They do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when motion-activated. Stair Access This upstairs studio is accessed by an exterior staircase. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
