Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pet Policy — Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Exterior Cameras Exterior security cameras are on the property for outside monitoring. Gatherings The owner is comfortable with gatherings outdoors given the large waterfront yard. Please note that parties and events are still not permitted. RV Pad There is an RV pad on-site.
