Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. On-Site Accommodations Another vacation rental unit is on-site, and other travelers may be present during your stay. Additional Rentals An additional property is available on-site with a separate nightly rate. If you would like to reserve both rentals, please inquire prior to booking. Pest Control The property receives quarterly insect spraying as part of regular preventative pest control maintenance. While this helps reduce activity, occasional insects may still be present due to the home’s natural surroundings and seasonal conditions. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
