Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Occupancy Photo ID may be required after booking. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Accessibility This single-story home has a small step at the entrance and one interior step down into the living room. Bathroom Access Bedroom 2 does not have an attached bathroom. Guests staying in this room will need to enter the main house to access the bathroom facilities located indoors. Security Cameras The home has 4 exterior security cameras facing outward (backyard, driveway, and front entry areas). They record video and sound and do not capture interior spaces.
