Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Stairs There are 3 steps required to enter the home. Additional stairs are required to access the upstairs bedrooms. Trash Please use kitchen trash bags for all trash. Road & Driveway Please drive slowly on the road. A long, steep gravel driveway leads to the home, and the road is not well suited for motorcycles.

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
