Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Windows & Doors Please keep windows and exterior doors closed while using the heater or air conditioning. On-Site Setting The homeowner lives on-site, and there are 2 other bookable vacation rentals on the property. The driveway and yard are shared, and other guests may be present during your stay. Security Cameras There are 5 exterior security cameras that record video and sound when motion is detected. Cameras face the outdoor entry, driveway, A/C unit, and yard. No cameras face interior spaces. Additional On-Site Rentals There are 2 additional rentals on-site with separate nightly rates. Please inquire in advance if you would like to book multiple units.
