Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premises provided they have been disclosed in advance and the applicable pet fee has been paid. A maximum of 1 pet is permitted, with a weight limit of 20 pounds. Pets must be kept on a leash in public spaces, and guests are required to clean up after their pets. Any pet left unattended in the home must be kept crated at all times. Exterior Security Cameras For the safety and security of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed outside the home only. There is a doorbell camera at the main entrance, one camera located at the front of the house near the carport, and one camera at the rear of the home facing the decks and lake. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
