Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Trash Please take trash to the dumpster when you leave. This is bear country. Restricted Areas The storage shed, lower unit, lower deck, and lower driveway are not for guest use. Fire Pit The fire pit is not available for guest use. Fireplace A starter supply of wood is provided (enough for one small fire per day). Please purchase any additional wood locally if needed. Home Layout This rental is for the main floor only. Access This property is step-free and accessible without any stairs or steps. Cameras The home has 3 exterior security cameras facing outward, including a Ring doorbell at the front door, a roof weather webcam, and a driveway camera.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
