Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.On-Site Owner The homeowner lives on-site in a completely separate unit. Some outdoor amenities are shared. Runway & Neighborhood Safety This is an active runway, and driving on the runway is strictly prohibited. Outgoing traffic should yield to the right side of the road to allow oncoming traffic to pass safely. Please also drive slowly throughout the neighborhood at all times. Accessibility This is a single-story home with 1 step to enter. Please be careful on the lakeside porch, as it can become very slippery when your feet or the floor are wet. Bathmats will be provided to help dry your feet or shoes. There will also be a tub available to step in and remove sand from your feet, or you may use the hose to rinse off. Parking If you are bringing a larger group or a boat, please disclose this to the owner. A hangar may be available for overflow parking. Bugs Bugs can be an extreme nuisance on lakefront properties. Lights tend to draw bugs in at night, so please close the blinds and turn off outdoor lights when possible. Accessibility This is a single-story home with 1 step to enter. Beach Towels & Beachfront Use Please bring your own beach towels, or let us know in advance if you need some for your stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beachfront area, which begins at the sandy beach and extends south to the creek entrance. This area may be used for activities such as playing, relaxing, or fishing.
