Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Noise Neighbors take noise seriously. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Major policy violations may result in eviction. Stairs The home is two stories with 2 steps to enter. Interior stairs are required to access parts of the home. Security Cameras There are 4 exterior security cameras facing entry doors, driveway, and backyard. Cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. They record video and sound while guests are in residence. License NH M&R License 102801.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
