Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Community Amenities Access A key fob is provided to access community amenities. If it needs to be replaced, a $60 replacement fee may apply. Parking There is one reserved parking spot for guests, lot number 33. Background Check Requirement This property requires a sex offender background check per City of Scottsdale Ordinance 4655, Section 18-176. You may be asked to provide additional information to confirm eligibility. Identification Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
