Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.Accessibility This is a single-story cottage with step-free access. Security Camera There is 1 exterior security camera on the garage facing the driveway, walkway, and street. It does not look into any interior spaces and records video and sound. Pets Dogs only (2 maximum). A pet fee applies and must be paid before arrival. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Parking Gate/Access The pad outside the garage door uses code 1122.
