Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Accessibility This is a 2-story home with 5 steps to enter. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and require stairs. Fireplace The fireplace is not available for guest use. Noise You may occasionally hear traffic noise. On-Site Rentals There is another bookable vacation rental on-site, so other travelers may be present during your stay. Damages Please report any damages that occur.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
