Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Fire Safety This home is in a wildfire risk zone. Please be responsible, use caution with the wood-burning stove and fire pit, and follow county rules. In the event of a fire emergency, an evacuation map can be found in the “All About the House” binder located in the hallway cabinet. A fire extinguisher is mounted on top of the refrigerator for easy access. Cameras There is 1 exterior security camera on the front porch facing the parking lot and main entrance. It does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. Accessibility The home is 2 stories with 4 steps to enter. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, and stairs are required to access the loft. Directions and Cell Service A welcome packet includes directions in case phone service cuts out. Home Essentials & Important Information Feel free to use any of the provided laundry supplies, including detergent and essentials. Extra towels and linens are available, so help yourself if needed during your stay. Entertainment The living room features a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and local channels. The bedroom TV includes basic cable, and you are welcome to enjoy the selection of movies located in the top drawer of the dresser. Fireplace Use An indoor fireplace is available for your enjoyment. Firewood is not provided, but may be available on the property, depending on supply. Please use extreme caution when using the fireplace or any outdoor fire features, as this is a high fire-risk area. Water Information The home is on a private well system. The water is safe to drink and of high quality. To conserve resources, please be mindful of water usage. Filtered water is also available from the refrigerator dispenser.
